New Technologies Coming To The Stock Market Of The Future


I think people are always looking to get in on the ground floor of the next big investment. Now some people say it will be all OLED displays which in the future people will be able to roll up their OLED TV displays like newspapers and take them anywhere in the world with them. Now no one even knows if OLED TV displays will ever reach their full potential but this is the nature of speculative investments.

I personally think (and this is only my very humble opinion) that nanotechnology stocks will be the next stocks that bring us to the next bull market and I feel this next bull market whether it comes in five, 10, or 15 years will make the Internet craze look like a walk in the park. I think nanotechnology stocks will change our lives so dramatically because nanotechnology will be able to improve any product at the subatomic level which will dramatically alter many factors of many products like the price that it will cost to produce that product, plus nanotechnology products should all be way more superior than anything that will be out there at that time. It is a very exciting part of the technology sector which will in the future enable us to do things like send micro robots the size of a molecule into the human body to destroy cancer cells while not harming the good cells of the body. Imagine the alternative this would be to the current technology of chemotherapy that is currently available to patients today.

In 2007 there was a total spending of $147 billion on nanotechnology and nanotechnology products. This is truly a staggering number considering how new nanotechnology is but it is just a drop of the bucket compared to what most analysts predict we will spend on it in the future. Many analysts believe that spending on nanotechnology will grow to almost $3.2 trillion which represents a more than 21 times increase in spending in this sector. Can you imagine how many nanotechnology type stocks and nanotechnology wanna be type stocks will be in the market during this time. This will truly be a crazy moment in the life of the stock market. Now when this will all happen nobody knows for sure, but it's sure nice to take a step back and speculate and dream about the future isn't it. The stock market as well as the future is definitely going to be one wild ride.
